The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Content, this pivotal role will lead the development and execution of innovative product marketing strategies that bring to life exceptional customer experiences, engage diverse audiences and drive segment growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership : Inspire and manage a team of up to six marketing professionals, fostering engagement, performance, growth and professional development aligned to organisational vision.
* Go-to-Market Strategy : Design and execute new product and service launches, including integrated through-the-line strategies.
* Campaign Strategy : Lead the team to optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
* Advertising Strategy : Manage integrated advertising efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful outcomes.
* Data-Driven Optimisation : Leverage behavioural insights and analytics to improve marketing performance and maximise ROI.
* Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional senior leaders and stakeholders to drive innovation and strategic alignment.
* Budget & Timeline Management : Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely execution of marketing activities to maximise return on investment.
To Be Successful
With a background in product marketing, you will demonstrate expertise in go-to-market strategy development and a proven ability to drive performance through data-led advertising.
Strong leadership and commercial acumen are essential to thrive in this dynamic and complex environment. Specifically, you will demonstrate:
* 10+ years’ experience leading product and campaign marketing strategies and teams to drive growth outcomes.
* A track record of successfully launching products and optimising multi-channel through-the-line marketing strategies that delight and engage diverse customers.
* Budget management experience.
* Experience navigating complex stakeholder and/or regulated environments.
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and inspire others to achieve beyond expectations.
* A data-led approach that leverages insights to refine marketing approaches and improve ROI.
