Our services and support make a difference to Territorians by helping them to live the life they want to live.We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with a 'can do' attitude to join our family friendly, vibrant and dynamic team.About the roleThe Clinical Care Coordinator provides clinical leadership across all aspects of the care operations of the organisation.
