Your New RoleAs a technical hands-on leader, you will be part of the Financial Solutions Technology team, specifically within the Customer Channel and Data Domain. You will shape the evolution of the technical squad by contributing to the technology strategy and providing expert advice and hands-on delivery. Your responsibilities will include drafting quarterly memos, prioritising backlog, defining delivery roadmaps, solution design, and architecture. You will lead high-performing cross-functional engineering teams, promote open communication, and create a safe working environment. What You'll Need to Succeed Demonstrable experience of leading high-performing cross-functional engineering teams. Confident and effective communication skills, encouraging risk-taking and constructively challenging the status quo. Hands-on experience with Co-pilot studio, Messaging/Chatbots, PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Experience in application development using C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, React, Python, APIs, and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and Aurora. Skills in building data integration, microservices, and workflow automation on AWS cloud platforms. Proficiency with automation testing tools such as PlayWright, Selenium, JMeter, and Perfecto. Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, logging and monitoring tools (TeamCity, Octopus, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Snyk, and Sonarqube). Ability to enhance and support AI capabilities in the flow of work, including AI integration and Large Language Models (LLMs).
