Job Description: Downer Utilities has recently been awarded a new contract by Unitywater valued at $600 million over an initial 5-year term. With a range of projects already underway, Downer are delivering capital works for the water, sewerage and recycled water networks within the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions, as well as works across Unitywater's 17 sewerage treatment plants in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Moreton Bay regions. THE ROLE As a Supervisor you will be largely involved in ensuring the safety of the community, staff and subcontractors whilst supporting the efficient delivery of the contract. This is a rare long-term opportunity within our thriving Utilities business, to live and work in a stunning location. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, a focus on improvement and the ability to lead teams by coaching and knowledge sharing. Experience in a supervision role within a large-scale project environment. Prior experience or knowledge of the Water and Wastewater industry is preferred. An understanding of works planning process, set-up and execution of work in a high-volume delivery environment. Proven ability to drive results and achieve desired outcomes.
