Role Overview : As the Sales Consultant leading this flagship project, you will drive the sales process for a large-scale residential development.
Your role will involve engaging with prospective buyers, managing the sales pipeline, and representing the business in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and leverage Salesforce to track leads and close sales, contributing to the overall success of the project.
What is on Offer?
Up to $75,000 - $85,000 Package (Based on Exp.)
+ Commission Structure with OTE of $150K-$200K+ Work schedule: Thursday-Monday or Saturday-Wednesday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; typically open to clients from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities : Lead the sales effort for this prime community, achieving annual sales targets.
Build lasting relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the process.
Conduct engaging presentations and property tours.
Use Salesforce to track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful campaigns.
Provide exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience.
Represent the project at sales events and within the local community.
About You : Proven sales experience in Land Development, Construction, Real Estate or similar industries required We welcome Sales experience within property/construction at all levels!
Confident, approachable, and skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to track and manage sales leads.
Motivated and self-driven, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
A team player eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing company.
