We are seeking a
Lead Information Architect
to lead the transformation of information management within this dynamic Federal government Agency.
This role focuses on designing policies, procedures, and frameworks to optimise how data is structured, stored, accessed, and secured.-Hybrid model (3 days a week in office)- Baseline Clearance
needed for this role-Initial 6 month contract with potential 6 month extensionKey Responsibilities:Analyse and improve information and records management processes.Define metadata, classification models, and access structures.Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and security frameworks.Develop policies and standards for digital information management.Provide technical guidance on information architecture solutions.Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align with agency governance.Experience in
information architecture and records management, including policy development.Knowledge of the
Archives Act 1983 (Cth)
and compliance obligations.Familiarity with the
Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
and
ASD Information Security Manual (ISM) .Hands-on experience with
Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) .Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Basic awareness of
AI applications
