Salary: AUD90 - AUD130 per hour + 11.5% superannuationIconic utilities provider looking for a Change Lead with strategic change leadership experience to work on various IT and business activities.Our client is a prominent South Australian State Government utilities provider, seeking a short-term Change Lead to work on strategic change initiatives.7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.Adelaide based candidates only.
This role requires the candidate to be in the office 4 to 5 days a week.$90 to $130 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included).
The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise in UX/UI Design experience in large corporations.State Government Agencies Award 2020 industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and superannuation.National police check required.Key accountabilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and implement change management programs across relevant business projects and improvement initiatives.Coach, influence, and work with designated initiative owners and their teams to help them understand what change is required, how it needs to be implemented, and when it needs to be done to align with defined initiative delivery milestones.Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the change program and review high-level deliverables.Act as a conduit for impacted teams in your area.
Sustain good working relationships to support a change network across the business.Engage with staff and develop communication plans to support program and project delivery.Skills requirementsExperience with a range of methodologies including PROSCI, Lean, HCD, Agile.Experience with change management, process, system, and business implementations.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.An excellent understanding of how people go through change and the change process.Superior influencing, liaison, and negotiation skills in potentially complex situations.Demonstrated experience delivering benefits realization.Special conditionsFlexible hours and some after-hours work as required.To ensure your safety in performing the inherent requirements of the role, you will be required to undergo initial and subsequent medical clearances in addition to some immunizations as relevant to your position.Depending on the role, you will be required to undergo initial and/or subsequent clearance checks to ensure your ongoing suitability for the role.
