Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Construction Managers to implement systems, processes, and templates.Identify and create processes to improve efficiency and reduce effort on repetitive tasks.Develop and deliver training programs on key knowledge and tools.Gather and report data on scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.Develop contract strategies and document supply chain and delivery strategies.Work with Procurement to develop measurable General Contractor KPIs.Support the APJC Construction Program Lead and work with SMEs and Construction Managers.Work / Life Balance:We value work-life harmony and strive for flexibility in our working culture.

ProfileBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering science OR 3+ years of related construction management experience.
3+ years of experience in project control (cost and schedule) on construction sites.
3+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience (RFPs, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI / submittal tracking).
Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of experience in project management or construction management of mission-critical facilities.
