This role reports to the Pharmacy State Field Manager and is tasked to deliver Blackmores Group business objectives and profit targets, and reinforce Blackmores and BioCeuticals (mainly) health expert position, through effective, efficient, and constantly innovative delivery of education and training to our customers and internal teams across all levels.This is a 12 months fixed term role based in Western Australia (City & North Perth).What we offer?Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave.A socially responsible work environment, on track to be carbon neutral by 2030.Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products.Fleet vehicle and quarterly incentive.Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program.What will you do?Delivery of Pharmacy in-field education and training for Bioceuticals (i.e.: in-store trainings and local area training events) to support Customer Business Managers (CBMs) with pre-determined list of priority customers.Delivery of off-field education and training (i.e.: webinar presentation, banner group trainings, distributor trainings, industry trainings, attendance at conferences / events) across Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands for audiences of Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists.Delivery of team training as part of Cycle Planning days, Induction Training, and other internal team trainings as required across Blackmores and BioCeuticals.Driving product recommendation and brand advocacy via education and training.Expert delivery of technical product training for both internal team and customers, as well as provide technical overviews of biochemistry, disease processes, pathology testing, case management, and other concepts related to but separate to product knowledge.Being able to speak to ALL ingredients in a formula, why these have been included in the formula and why those dosages have been selected.Understanding the full spectrum of conditions, symptoms and ‘patient pictures’ that each product is best indicated for (not just the primary indication).Being able to speak to dosages and off-label prescribing recommendations based on patient pictures and case history details and to meet an overall treatment plan whilst providing a high level of overview of key cautions and contraindications.Being able to provide competitor comparisons for ‘hero products’ to allow for effective sell-in and product substitution sales.Who are you?Degree qualification in Naturopathy with deep technical knowledge relevant to complementary medicine.Experience working in a retail and/or clinical environment as a Practitioner.Advanced public speaking and presentation skills.Experience delivering training both in a face-to-face and online format.Credibility and confidence in delivering training.Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required.Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
