We also offer formal regular clinical supervision, graduate coaching by our Clinical and Discipline Leads, and a range of opportunities to attend both internal and external professional development.Join our multi-disciplinary teams and be supported with our 12-week graduate program!Northcott’s New Graduate program prepares you to build your caseload and deliver therapy interventions. Each new graduate therapist will have access to:12-week New Graduate training program, covering multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topicsOpportunities to shadow experienced therapistsNew Graduate peer meetings – connect with current and former new graduatesWeekly clinical supervisionReduced billable hours as you build your caseload and develop your clinical skills.Graduate Positions are available on a full-time permanent basis and will commence January 2025Manage your caseload to provide timely and evidence-based intervention to people across the lifespan. This includes pre-schoolers, school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with a range of conditions.Provide intervention in various locations, including clinics, schools/preschools, in-home, group homes, via telehealth, or at day programs. These may be delivered on an individual, group, or consultative basis.You will have opportunities to attend internal professional development and, following probation, have access to a generous external professional development budget relevant to your caseload and personal development goals.
