About the Role As an Acquisition and Recruitment Manager within Mobile Lending (Home Loans), you'll play a key role in helping to identify, engage, and interview prospective candidates to take on vacant Mobile Lending Franchise opportunities.
This role will be critical to support the future growth of the network, by proactively recruiting franchisees to fill vacant territories across Australia.
The role will concurrently build a pipeline of candidates while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for new franchisees.

As an Acquisition and Recruitment Manager, you are accountable for Supporting the business to establish a streamlined, consistent recruitment process, including standardised assessment criteria, timelines and stakeholder engagement.
Sourcing & managing candidates for the Mobile Lending business via a multitude of channels Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future territory vacancies.
Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to understand territory prioritisation and manage candidate recruitment pipeline accordingly.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and suitability to become an ANZ Mobile Lending franchisee.
Work closely with the Onboarding team to facilitate the transition of successful candidates into the onboarding process Support existing franchisees to grow their businesses by developing templates and guidelines for successful hiring of loan writers and administration support staff.
Utilize and update our CRM to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
To achieve business growth via territory occupancy rates across the network Maintain and optimise our Franchisee value proposition and supporting marketing collateral to stay relevant and competitive in the hiring market.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Project management - The ability to plan, execute and manage recruitment projects, to deliver on specific KPIs within determined timeframes Recruitment– experience managing a complex and high-volume internal recruitment requirements Pipeline management - the ability to build and manage a pipeline of new candidates into the business, ensuring qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future positions Communication - the ability to clearly communicate key information both written and verbally Stakeholder management - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, working with senior stakeholders to deliver results.
Interpersonal skills – including the ability to influence.
Planning and Prioritisation - planning and prioritising what needs to be done by being methodical and disciplined – track leads, build talent pools and remember the little things about candidates.
Reporting capability – provide reporting to relevant stakeholders on recruitment activity, data, metrics & KPIs on a regular basis You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
