Job Description Together we drive positive business outcomes Make an impact in this dynamic and fast-paced role Permanent Full-Time position based at Mascot, Sydney This role as Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst (Short Haul) will see you ensuring industrial and regulatory obligations are met to provide efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across both the International and Domestic divisions. In addition, you will also be responsible for timely processing of transactions related to crew courses, training, ground duties, leave, regulatory compliance, crew movements (including upgrades, downgrades, transfers etc) and other duties as required to ensure efficient bid period planning and optimum crew utilisation.
You'll have - Proven PC proficiency with intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel and Word skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Highly developed time management and organisation skills Demonstrated team player and actively collaborates with colleagues A customer focused approach to problem solving Sound knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets and formulas) Highly motivated and goal driven Demonstrated analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Superior Award/EBA knowledge and interpretation ability Applications close: Sunday 2nd February 2025 Why Qantas?
