Our client is seeking an experienced office administrator to join their team in Sydney. Our client was established over 35 years ago our client provides retaining walls to the civil and commercial sectors of the construction industry. Our client works alongside Tier 1 and 2 builders & has a strong pipeline of projects.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the creation of SWMS & WHS safety management plans are conducted and documented.
Responsibilities:
1. Creation of SWMS and WHS Management Plans for Projects.
2. Scan and archive WHS Management Plans
3. Developing and implementing Quality, Safety, and Environmental management systems
4. Conducting and documenting internal audits
5. Providing advice, guidance, and assistance to our clients in maintaining their systems.
6. Assist Project Managers in recording variation works for multiple jobs
7. Approval of supplier invoices
8. Preparation of weekly timesheets.
9. Relationship management between internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors
10. Ideal for someone with experience in the industry and working with the standards.
