As an Assistant Store Manager at Rebel Sport Limited, you will be known as a Customer Service Manager. You will lead your team in achieving excellence in customer service and sales while maintaining impeccable attention to detail and operational standards.

* Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve goals and targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure their success.
* Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for fashion and apparel products, ensuring the store is always well-presented, tidy, and engaging for customers.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards, providing coaching and support to your team to deliver the same level of service.
* Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner, prioritizing their needs and concerns.
* Promote a zero-harm culture within the store, prioritizing the safety of customers and team members above all else.
