In addition, the critical focus is to deliver outstanding customer service to customers by providing dedicated, focused and specialist Project Management services in order to meet agreed objectives and delivery timelines.The role requires dealing with projects across a spectrum of Security, Modern Applications, Data & AI and Modern Infrastructure based technologies. This is a permanent role which may be based out of multiple locations within Australia. It reports to the Head - PMO & Consulting.Main Duties Ownership of project outcomes and timely delivery of projectsManage project stakeholders through effective communications to set the right expectationsBe responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of projectsEffectively work with stakeholders to shape priorities, report progress and respond to challenges.Manage customer projects following a defined project management methodology and approachEffectively maintain a resource and project implementation plan for each project assignedEstablish milestones and manage adherence to project plans and schedulesIdentify and proactively manage any project risks and issuesEnsuring that project decisions, changes, exceptions, issues and risks are managed and recordedKey Requirements We are looking for someone with a successful background in leading impactful projects & who has exposure to a diverse range of industry sectors. You would have the ability to manage multiple projects of complex nature simultaneously & are a natural at customer relations. Key Skills & Experience include:Minimum 5 years' experience as a customer-facing Project Manager delivering complex IT security, infrastructure and/or software application projects across mid-market and enterprise environmentsExperience leading projects using Agile or Iterative development methodologiesWorking knowledge and certified in a Project Management methodology eg PRINCE2, AgileStrong understanding and application of quality assurance practicesA growth mindset and can work independently and in collaborationProblem Solver and critical thinkingRelationship building and can connect with peers and stakeholders; customers and colleaguesTrustworthiness and ReliabilityIn return, we offer a friendly, welcoming and supportive team environment where collaboration and support from your leaders and peers is the norm.
