About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a well-organized store environment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Sales: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
* Visual Merchandising: Ensure visually appealing store displays that showcase our products and enhance the shopping experience.
* Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and implement strategies to minimize waste and excess stock.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual who shares our passion for the outdoors. Key attributes and qualifications include:
* Prior experience in a similar role or retail sales environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
* Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead a dynamic team environment.
* Computer literacy and strong communication skills.
* A love for the outdoors and regular participation in activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, and camping.
