About the role
As a Client Services Officer (CSO) at Advanced Hearing Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this full-time role based in Orange, NSW, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and professional customer service via phone, email and in-person interactions Booking and scheduling appointments for customers Answering inquiries and providing information about our products and services Assisting with the coordination of client records and maintaining accurate data Liaising with clinical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Supporting the wider client services function as required What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the healthcare industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in using computer systems and client management software Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive team environment Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others What we offer
