Job Title: Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group.
About the Role:
* Partner with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HR
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the business
* Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policies
* Manage employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements
* Support with the execution of organisational design
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the business
2. Support with the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g. turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement)
3. Drive completion of compliance training and support career and succession planning
4. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment process
5. Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry updates
The Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a customer service focused fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and Agreements
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
