Sound business development, sales and financial acumen with the ability to adapt to industry training needs will be highly regarded.
You will be actively engaged and working with key industry stakeholders and attending industry events to build relationships, develop productive partnerships and enhance VERTO's profile across the service region.
About the role....
This role will require you to: Create new business opportunities and developing enrolments in accredited training courses Proactively gain opportunities with new and existing business channels through strong sales and territory management skills Provide high levels of business development and account management to achieve targets Utilise your knowledge of and experience with Training Package requirements, qualifications and units of competency to be able to provide and sell tailored training needs to clients Monitor targets to ensure all key performance indicators and benchmarks are achieved.
About you..... To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following: Previous business development, account management or sales success Previous experience in a business development/sales role for an RTO highly regarded Exceptional communication skills Excellent administration and organisation skills with computer based systems capabilities Capacity to analyse training needs, industry and labour market trends and respond appropriately Ability to manage a territory based stakeholder management plan Demonstrated experience as a team player Relevant diploma qualification (or willingness to obtain) Flexibility and willingness to travel within your region About us....VERTO has been operating as a not-for-profit organisation that positively transforms the lives of individuals through the services we offer for over 40 years.
