Looking for a role that allows you to tailor your caseload to your interests and specialties? Offering flexible working hours in a variety of different settings, Professional Development opportunities and a mixed caseload- this position is all about autonomy!
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Full-time and Part-time Positions are available.
Your Role:
* 2 days clinic, 2 days community, 1-day admin
* Caseload: Mixed Paediatric and Adult caseload
* Designing individualised, family-centered and holistic therapy programs for our clients.
* Implement strategic tasks using an assortment of resources that promote;
o Fine motor and hand dexterity skills; scissor cutting,
o Cognition; attention and concentration
o Self-care skills; tying shoelaces, dressing and toileting,
o Social and emotional development; turn taking, play
Support:
* 2 weeks induction program with a Senior OT
* Discuss professional goals, and create Professional Development plan liasing with Senior OT to ensure you achieve those goals
* Structured supervision either weekly or fortnightly to discuss challenging caseloads

* Salary between $75,000 to $110,000 + Super (Depending on experience)

Requirements:
* Full APHRA registration
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Hold a current driver’s license
* Working With Children Check
