As the Integrated Operational Support (IOS) in the Clinical team, you'll provide general administrative and operational support across multiple functions in the Clinical Study Unit (CSU). This includes creating and maintaining departmental related trackers, correspondence and reports. In addition, this position is responsible for preparing raw data reports, logistical oversight of new hire orientations and face to face meetings and serving as a subject matter expert for administrative systems used across the CSU. Main responsibilities: - Raising and maintenance of POs across the dept, assist dept with finance queries such as ethics and investigator payments, assist IPM's with POs in the MR11 - Annual R&D Tax - Provide support to Deloittes assembling required study documents in central location, liaise with LSMs & CPAs for materials and queries requested by Deloittes - Sourcing venues for meetings, booking rooms, team building activity options i.e. volunteer days, catering, welcome packs for overseas visitors, printing, create invitations. - Maintain quarterly overview of CV's, Org charts in IRAD & CSU Study List on Buzz - Archive tracker - review at least annually boxes for due for destruction after global approval, assist external sites in destruction requests for expired studies. - Provide access and management of Teams, iQ, DL's, API/Ebuy, Hot Top Invitations to new staff - Maintain CDA's for Medical managers - Ordering of stationary and archive items for CSU - Promote Environmental teams channel to dept - tips and accomplishments About you - A qualification in a scientific/medical/finance/administrative discipline. - 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry administration setting preferred but not essential - Previous experience supporting financials and contracting processes is preferred - Previous experience with vendor and partnership management - Proficiency in MS office tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, O365 (including SP and Teams) and Outlook are essential. - Ability to be self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
