Our client is currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team in an exciting opportunity with competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
Location:
Bathurst, NSW situated approximately 200 klm west-northwest of Sydney.
Responsibilities:
You will be a crucial link between their valued customers and their talented service team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs, recommending appropriate services, and coordinating the maintenance and repairs of their vehicles. You will also handle inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely communication throughout the service process. With approximately 15 retail Repair Orders (ROs) per day, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers and contribute to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 months in similar role
* Great communication and customer service skills

* Mechanical knowledge
