:
1. Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business customers to understand their procurement needs and gather detailed requirements for system configuration and enhancements.
2. System Configuration: Configure the SAP S/4HANA system to meet the business requirements, including setting up master data, workflows, approval processes, and integration with other modules.
3. Testing and Validation: Develop and implement test plans to validate system functionality, identify and resolve any issues or gaps, and ensure smooth end-to-end procurement processes.
4. User Training and Support: Deliver training to end-users on system functionality and standard methodologies for procurement processes. Offer ongoing support and fix assistance to resolve user issues.
5. Process Improvement: Find opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to streamline procurement operations and enhance efficiency.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights to customers.
7. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and audit requirements. Implement and enforce appropriate controls and procedures.
8. Project Management: Participate in SAP implementation or improvement projects, collaborating with multi-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Skills and Experience:
9. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
10. Demonstrable experience as a business analyst in SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay module.
11. SAP certification in Procure to Pay module or related areas is preferred.
12. Participate and lead the Implementation of Demand Planning, Supply Planning - MRP, MPS, Production planning, SAP Materials Management within projects and improvements interacting with Procurement, Planning and MFG customers to ensure robust requirement collection and documentation.
13. Expertise in understanding the current configuration, participating in ITC, UAT, and detailing SOPs and test scenarios.
14. Should have experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations and/or worked in a large support team structure with a good understanding of Enhancements, incidents and resolution SLAs.
15. Strong integration knowledge of demand planning, supply planning - MRP, MPS, production planning, SAP materials management with sales, and distribution to facilitate end-to-end discussions with customers on solutions.
16. Must be proficient in handling Issues/support and be well versed with Industry tools like Remedy, Service Now.
17. Expert in creating project documentation, Training material and Unit acceptance Testing scenario’s.

19. Demonstrable ability to manage Projects as a lead tying Business requirement to solutions and driving the projects from inception to release is desired.
20. SAP MM, PP and MRP experience of minimum 8 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration.
21. Hands on experience in Design & Configuration and support on SAP MRP and MPS with experience of understanding Master data dependencies for planning.
22. Must have experience of SAP MRP in ECC6 with experience of understanding the end to end flow from Demand planning to procurement and manufacturing.
23. Must have experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP with a solid understanding of the Planning process end to end with the ability to identify current gaps vs future needs.
24. Experience in regional user co-ordination, working with Global IT teams on initiatives impacting the region is required.
25. Experience of having worked in environments where SAP integrates with MES Systems for production execution, Oracle Agile and/or PDH for Item creation, Web Methods / OFM middleware.
26. Solid experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
27. Must have experience of working with Global and Regional IT teams in solutioning, Fit-Gap analysis and testing solutions.
