About You As a Diverse Learning Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students demonstrate the ability to differentiate curriculum for Years 7-12 display qualifications and/or experience teaching students with diverse needs coordinate individual learning plans, including regular consultation with teachers, students, parents/carers and external agencies work collaboratively within the Diverse Learning team and with classroom teachers demonstrate an understanding of the Disability Standards for Education (DSE) 2005 and the processes integral to the annual Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences. You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
