About the role
In the role of Maintenance Supervisor, we are seeking a candidate with a versatile skill set encompassing mechanical, building, and allied trades, or substantial relevant experience in these domains.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, reflected in a comprehensive array of skills that showcase both breadth and depth of knowledge. This diverse skill set is pivotal for success in maintaining the gardens, grounds, buildings, and equipment at Oberon MPS, ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
The position offers a standard workweek of five days, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Employees will also enjoy the added benefit of a monthly Accrued Day Off (ADO). As part of a compact on-site team within a larger collaborative unit spread across multiple sites, the role fosters a supportive work environment, encouraging effective teamwork and providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
