WSP is currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Energy/ Electrical Engineer to join our Logan Water Partnership team, based in Beenleigh, QLD. You will play a key role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and efficiency of our water systems.

What You’ll Do:
* Develop high-quality designs, concepts, and detailed plans, ensuring timely delivery.
* Collaborate with all stakeholders throughout the design and development phases, engaging construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance teams during project execution.
* Accurately fulfill and document reporting requirements, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
* Implement lessons learned and improvements for future projects, sharing insights and outcomes with the broader team.
What We Value in You:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in sustainable energy initiatives, particularly in medium to large-scale utility grid projects.
* Strong ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with Technical Engineers and Construction Professionals.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for solving complex problems while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
