Based in Wheelers Hill, (SE suburb of Melbourne) we provide professional instruction and our most junior class is offered to students from Year 1 to Year 6 and senior class for Year 7 to Year 12 students.We build students' fundamental art skills and educate on a range of art techniques, including sketching, acrylic painting and watercolour painting.About the roleYou will work together with an instructor in a small art class.Responsibilities:Prepare, set up and wrap up classroom before class and after classInstruct students in fundamental art techniques, sketching, drawing and paintingReport student learning progress through learning portalPre-term preparation (familiarise yourself with lesson plan delivery)Deliver School Holiday workshopsThe role is part-time and the operational hours during school terms are:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm to 6pm (2 hours each)On a Thursday or a Friday, our instructors are required to work from 1 pm - 6 pm (1 x 5 hours)Saturday 8.45am - 5.45 pm (8 hours)Sunday 8.45am - 3.45 pm (6 hours)We are looking for a teammate who can commit to the following work schedule:3 x weekday shifts plus Saturday and SundayThe hours are fixed each week during the school term.
