Based in Bendigo VIC 3550, we are seeking a responsible, organized and experienced leader to join our team as Asphalt Regional Manager.
Your day will involve:
1. Lead the Boral asphalt and spray seal operations in the region.
2. Manage a great workforce and the multiple aspects of the business, including estimating, production / manufacturing, project delivery, plant / equipment utilisation and maintenance, safety, financial performance.
3. Build new or maintain existing relationships, both internally (employees, Boral quarries) and externally (clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners).
4. Lead and drive HSEQ strategies, initiatives and standards.
What are we looking for?
1. A leader and relationship builder capable of managing a division with ~30 local employees and having an impact on the local community.
2. Construction, Asphalt or Spray Sealing industry experience highly regarded but not required. Training and ongoing support will be provided by the Melbourne and national teams.
3. Commitment to Zero Harm and demonstrated safety leadership behaviours.
