They are highly regarded within the real estate industry and they now have an opening for an experienced Receptionist to join their first-class team The Role Opening & closing the office, directing & managing a busy switchboard Taking enquiries from clients & tenants General administration to the property management & sales team Managing stock control, banking, mail & couriers Maintaining the key register & window boards Updating rental lists & coordinating home opens Receipting rents, advertising & sales deposits Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc The Successful Candidate Experience within an office environment (real estate industry experience would be preferred) A confident personality to manage enquires professionally Corporate presentation as you are representing the agency Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail and high-level initiative Sense of humour and a TEAM PLAYER What the team say...
