Northern Star Resources Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Senior Integrity Engineer to join the Processing team at their KCGM Operations.
The Senior Integrity Engineer is responsible for providing leadership and technical support for civil/structural assets on site, ensuring these are maintained in a cost-effective and responsible manner, adhering to statutory obligations and Northern Star's policies and procedures.
This is a residential role, working 5/2/4/3 (9 hour) roster. The successful applicant will reside in the Kalgoorlie Boulder Region. Required skills include: A degree in Structural/Civil EngineeringMinimum ten (10) years' engineering experience in the mining or heavy industryMinimum two (2) years in a supervisory role with demonstrated leadership skillsExperience running and updating maintenance programsAbility to conduct and review assets' inspections and to develop scopes of repairAbility to think strategically and commercially, approach solutions creatively and consider organisation-wide impactsAbility to lead, coach and mentor team membersExcellent planning, time management and organisational skillsGood communication, computer, and presentation skillsMust reside in the Goldfields region, or be willing to relocate for our residential siteCurrent Unencumbered Western Australian 'C' Class Drivers LicencePreferred qualifications: Maintenance experience within a mining environmentExperience with Pronto or similar computerised maintenance management systemFront line management training or considerable experience in a similar roleAbout Northern Star Resources: Northern Star offers unparalleled opportunities for you to forge a career in the resource industry at their underground and open pit operations across Western Australia and Alaska.
