An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant to join the team at Koala Conservation Australia Ltd. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager and KCA's board and ensuring the smooth running of the organisation. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment while utilising your exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including diary management, travel arrangements, expense reporting and meeting coordination
2. Drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations and other business documents on behalf of senior leaders
3. Managing the flow of information and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
4. Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
5. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
6. Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting the broader administrative function
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
2. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with calendar management tools
6. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
7. Understanding of office management principles and best practices
