In this newly created role, the National Account Manager will own and drive strategic relationships with some of the brand's most significant and identifiable national accounts, driving commercial outcomes while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the National Account Manager will take ownership of several high-value national accounts, acting as a true strategic partner. You’ll work cross-functionally, with head office and operational teams to align account strategies with broader business objectives and ensure service excellence. Success in this role will rely on your ability to think strategically, negotiate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally, with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver value for both the customer and the business. You’ll be the key link between internal teams and external partners—driving results, improving processes, and identifying new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow national key accounts, focusing on long-term strategic partnerships Lead high-level contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutual value Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and sales data to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with national field sales and internal teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution Provide leadership and mentorship to one direct report, while influencing more broadly across the commercial function What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident, solutions-oriented professional who knows how to balance the commercial with the relational.
