Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Hungry Jack's Restaurant Leadership Team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading by example, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving sales growth.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring promotional activities, employee development and leadership, store merchandising, stock management, and stock control. You will lead a team where guests are at the centre of the business, and employees are empowered to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth
* Manage store merchandising, stock management, and stock control to ensure optimal inventory levels
Requirements
* Retail or hospitality leadership experience preferable
* Passion for exceeding guest expectations
