The Position:
Working closely with the Director and Sales Team, you will manage client relationships and support the team by:
1. Checking contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current
2. Understanding the legal changes that can be made to a contract
3. Processing sales from exchange to settlement, including rescission notices
4. Liaising with solicitors and conveyancers, confirming settlement dates and orders
5. Communicating with vendors and purchasers
6. Receiving and processing sales advice
7. Verifying sales and customer personal information
8. Organizing Saturday auctions and open home packs
9. Updating data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing
10. Ensuring all processes comply with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
11. Experience in an administrative role within real estate
12. Current Certificate of Registration
13. Strong administrative and organizational skills
14. Excellent customer service skills
15. Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and processes
16. Understanding of the real estate sales process
