About the role Reporting to the Head of Corporate Engagement, the Partnership Manager is responsible for; Identifying, converting and managing high-value partnerships, STEPtember sponsorships, and grants Renewing, stewarding and growing a STEPtember portfolio of high value organisations Driving fundraising through participating STEPtember organisations Presenting (virtual and in-person) to participating STEPtember organisations Securing Event Sales and Sponsorships This integral role requires a results-driven professional with proven sales and/or fundraising experience, exceptional written and exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Our successful candidate will have: A proven track record in business development and/or corporate fundraising experience.
