About the Role
This role is a central point for assessment and towing-related queries from customers and providers. As an Assessing Coordinator, you will work closely with assessors, tow providers, our repairer network, and customers to ensure that claims progress smoothly through the assessment and repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly pathed for assessment.
* Assist with assessing and towing-related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers, and providers.
* Ensure claims progress from lodgement through to assessment and repair, interacting with customers along the way.
* Coordinate any post-assessment and repair activities for the customer.
What You'll Bring:
* Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
* Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service.
* The ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience to articulate complexity.
* Ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance.
* Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
