About the role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Pole to Pit Coordinator to join our organisation at our Mornington depot. The role offers you flexibility to work remotely along with flexible working hours. The primary purpose of the role is to work with our civil, construction and metering teams within Zinfra to enable the effective delivery of our pole to pit program and support the wider metering and servicing team. To be successful in this role you will have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities include
1. Facilitate the delivery of pole to pit construction activities via our service providers and internal stakeholders utilising Zinfra’s digital platform
2. Deliver an end-to-end service ensuring alignment with OH&S as per Service and Installation Regulations
3. Use standard software and systems (including, but not limited to, client systems, SAP, Upvise)
4. Ensure that all files are kept on the Zinfra Server with proper directory structure
5. Continually determine and maintain best work practice for data maintenance, integrity and accuracy
About You
6. Have knowledge of electrical distribution industry (desirable)
7. Ideally hold Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) Training (can be provided upon commencement)
8. Knowledge of client systems and SAP (desirable)
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills
10. An understanding of scheduling and planning
11. Hold a current Victorian Driver’s Licence
