This market-leading Aviation company requires an experienced Senior Sales Manager to be based at its Cairns facility.
The Senior Sales Manager Avionics position is accountable for securing sales contracts that meet or exceed annual revenue targets for the Avionics team (Cairns Facility) including RMU (Repair, Modification & Upgrade) opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and close on new sales opportunities with current and potential customers.
* Drive new sales and leads to execution with a strong focus on long-term contracts.
* Develop creative and innovative ways to sell products and attract the right customers.
* Lead and support the sales team ensuring everyone is set up for success.
* Implement sales programs to achieve regional sales targets within the Avionics and RMU groups.
* Build and maintain effective customer relationships at the operational level with key accounts.
* Ensure data is accurate and up to date.
* Actively support the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.
* Attend industry events.
