About the Role: As the Hospital Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hospital's administrative functions. You will manage a dedicated team, oversee financial operations, and implement policies that improve overall hospital performance. This is a crucial role that ensures the highest standards of service delivery, patient satisfaction, and staff coordination are met daily. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative operations, including patient admissions, discharges, and appointment scheduling. Manage and lead the hospital's administrative staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations, maintaining accreditation standards. Oversee billing, invoicing, and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Liaise with medical professionals, nursing staff, and external service providers to ensure seamless hospital operations. Implement and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring data accuracy and privacy. Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing hospital resources efficiently. Manage patient feedback and resolve any complaints or issues to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. Support hospital leadership with strategic planning and business development initiatives. About You: Proven experience as a Hospital Administration Manager or in a similar healthcare administrative role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. Financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and payroll systems. Proficient in hospital administration software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
