About the role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team in a permanent full-time position at our Central Office in Burnley. In this pivotal role, you will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive meaningful change. Your work will ensure our technology platforms and processes are optimised to support our business needs and deliver exceptional services to clients. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis of business processes that are required to ensure designated project streams are clearly understood and specified. Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure stakeholder inputs and program outcomes are aligned and achieved. Define business requirements, verifying with stakeholders and SMEs. Provide guidance for process changes that would streamline workflows. Establish and maintain ongoing and effective relationships and communications with service delivery, managers and all levels of operational staff. What you'll bring Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in Business Analysis or Project Management. Awareness and understanding of the NDIS. Demonstrated ability to identify and consult with key stakeholders to identify key requirements. Proven experience in the design of a best practice business model to deliver a consistent approach with service delivery.
