Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Provide accurate and competitive quotations for service repair jobs, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
* Coordinate and manage customer job bookings, working closely with the Service Manager to optimise scheduling.
* Prepare and process warranty and product improvement claims, including calculating charges, submitting documentation, and following up with the Group Warranty Department for timely resolution.
* Review and refine Repair Order (RO) stories, identifying gaps and opportunities to support the Service Manager in final invoice approvals.
* Compile, analyse, and share key performance insights, tracking department efficiency and productivity to support continuous improvement.
As the successful applicant you will have:
* Sound knowledge of accounting practices.
* Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions.
* Knowledge of office procedures, data entry, and spreadsheets.
* Good understanding of mechanical / technical terms is preferred.
* Qualifications as a mechanic preferred but not essential with experience.
* An energetic and can-do approach to your work.
