About This Role
This role is responsible for providing training, administrative, and subject matter expertise support to the C-27J Key Account Manager (KAM) and reporting to the C-27J Lead Instructor.
You will be accountable for preparing, delivering, assessing, maintaining, and evaluating training and assessment materials.
This includes delivering training in the classroom, Fuselage Trainer (FuT), and Simulator as required.
The role will be based at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end responsibility of C-27J Loadmaster training
* Conduct mission briefs and debriefs as appropriate
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all training requirements
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training material that supports syllabus delivery
Requirements:
* Hold or ability to gain a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or similar, and/or recognised equivalent experience
* Have previous airborne loadmaster experience
* Have or ability to complete ground training segments of the C-27J Loadmaster Conversion Course
* Previous airborne instructor experience on military or civilian transport aircraft with more than 300 hours of flying instructional experience

Security Requirements:
You must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
