As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Mount Isa : Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Mount Isa is the newest centre in the area, providing a fresh and high-quality addition to the town's early education landscape. Our child care centre is located in the heart of town with fun and educational programs catering for all age groups. We have beautiful shaded playgrounds, fully air-conditioned rooms, experienced and qualified educators. Our number one priority is to ensure that we build strong relationships and friendships with all of our families. We have many special events throughout the year giving families an opportunity to meet and greet and build special relationships with other families within the centre.

You’ll need:
1. Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
2. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
3. Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
