Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized Assistant Marketing Manager to join our client's vibrant marketing team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about brand development, event planning, and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement. Includes the end-to-end development of national and local area marketing calendars, as well as other marketing programs/projects. Lead all campaign and creative briefing and proofing to ensure brand consistency and target audience alignment. Spearhead the development of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing average invoice value, generating eCommerce customers, and sales growth for Franchise Partners. Take ownership over internal communications processes, including Support Office and Marketing monthly newsletters, as well as assisting with organisational reporting. Manage digital and creative agency partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of results. Controlling assigned marketing spends within approved budgets to support achievement of departmental targets. Ensure our marketing message is consistent and powerful across all channels through close collaboration with all agency partners, support office staff, state-based managers, and franchisees. Preparation and distribution of reports on marketing activities, outcomes and recommendations
Qualifications:
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3. 4+ years of experience in marketing and event coordination, preferably in the FMCG industry.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing systems, and analytics tools.
