Our playgrounds are vast canvases where imagination meets nature, fostering freedom and adventure in every child's day.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our Childcare Centre located in Deniliquin, NSW, on a full-time basis.Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of centre operations, including leadership, compliance, staffing, and creating a safe and engaging environment.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of educators, supported by an Educational Leader and 2ICBuild strong relationships with staff, children, and familiesEnsure compliance with regulations and champion continual improvementManage staffing, rostering, and cost controlWith the support of the Educational Leaders and a 2IC, you will generally be working off the floor and will be responsible for staffing management, rostering and cost control.
