Under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic), we administer compliance-related functions, and work with health services to assist them in meeting compliance and probity obligations.The OpportunityReporting to Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for completing every stage of the supplier invoice administration cycle whilst undertaking administration activities for the Accounts Payable team. The Accounts Payable Officer also addresses supplier and employee queries, performs supplier reconciliations and other duties as required.Key Accountabilities Include, but not limited to:Process all supplier invoices accurately and in accordance with agreed key performance indicators.Ensure all trade invoices are actioned and scanned in KESTO when received by Accounts Payable.Review supplier invoices and match to goods receipted in Oracle in accordance with Accounts Payable procedures.Process price and quantity variances in accordance with Accounts Payable procedures.Ensure that all telephone and emails queries received from suppliers and internal stakeholders are addressed in a timely manner.Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure data integrity of the sub-ledger.What You Will Bring:Experience working in an Accounts Payable or finance/business administration roleOracle experience – preferableStrong customer service/administrative skills and experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholdersCurrent high-level working knowledge of, and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelWhat HSV can offer you:Salary packaging4 weeks of annual leave plus 13 Accrued Days OffAnnual Leave loading of 17.5%Easter Tuesday public holidayWe're actively reviewing applications as they come in and selecting candidates for further considerationA full position description can be found on the HSV Careers Page.
