We are seeking a Student Support Officer to join the Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.The Student Support Officer is organisationally positioned in the Faculty Specialist Student Support team and is responsible for providing front-line support with high level consultation with prospective students, current students, academic staff and other key stakeholders across the University and externally. This position provides specialist support to students, and assistance to the Student Support Coordinator, Student Support Manager and the broader team in supporting university lifecycle administrative functions for the Faculty at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
