Be a part of a large team and take responsibility for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries and sizes/pay cycles. Duties include but are not limited to: High volume to end-to-end Payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles for clients based in Australia and New Zealand Be responsible for accurate data entry Reports and Reconciliation Processing Payroll Tax, PAYG and Superannuation Assisting with Payroll checking, identifying and communicating errors Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders POSITIVES The headline positive for this role is that it is a 100% work-from-home position. The company has extensive training and is looking to invest in the right people. CHALLENGES Working in a Payroll bureau is not for everyone. You will be busy and it will likely involve a steep learning curve. Due to time zones, you must work alternate hours to 9AM - 5PM, which is not for everybody. IDEAL APPLICANTS If you have experience working in standalone Payroll positions you will be favourably looked upon. Demonstrating a clear understanding of Payroll fundamentals is a high priority.
