Ideally you have a special area of interest - we currently have physios with special expertise in Sports injuries, Musc, Running, NDIS, Aged and Home care.
The RoleYou will work with a team of Allied Healthcare professionals, including Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapist.
The hours required for this role are completely negotiable - anywhere from 15 hours to 38 hours a week is fine for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to fulltime employment).
You will treat a mix of clients and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit your special area of interest.
Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience.
Annual salary will range from $80000 to $110000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications).
Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $5000-$10000+ per year in performance based bonuses.
You will have access to a high CPD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring and world class external paid mentors the clinic engages.
Our clinical mentors are highly skilled physiotherapists who will mentor you on a weekly basis.
We have a highly skilled admin team to assist you at all levels of your role, especially with client retention.

Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy is a multi-award winning, multidisciplinary clinic with a team of 8, nestled in the Lithgow Valley, right next door to many natural wonders and adventure activities including; Canyons, bushwalking, mountain biking, rock climbing, The Blue Mountains and the now famous Wolgan Valley.
We have grown over the past few years and we are a strong business with a 20 year history and a large, diverse client base.
Our vision is to make Lithgow one of the healthiest and best places to live in Australia through empowering active, healthy and positive rural and regional communities.
Currently we have treated over 1 in 3 people who live in Lithgow and we want to be able to grow this number.
Comprising of a team of 4 Physios with an average of 10 years’ of experience, and an OT, we service a wide variety of clients, many with complex needs who form strong bonds with their therapists over long periods of time and require expert care, high levels of customer service and collaborative treatment.
We have formal and informal clinical and non-clinical mentoring and access to grants for up to $10000 in continuing education on top of our own programs and allowance.
