We support people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians.
Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.
As typical in the role of in-home aged care support, you will be assisting with:
1. Personal care
2. Domestic assistance
3. Transportation
4. Medication prompting
5. And other activities of daily living

Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care AND or Individual care
* Satisfactory Australian National Police check
* Current first aid and CPR certificate
* Driver’s licence and their own car (full comprehensive insurance)
